L.A.’s First Craft Hot Sauce Store Opens This Weekend

2:37 PM PDT on July 5, 2017

We've been fans of Fuego Box for a few years now, ever since they set up a pop-up shop at Taco Madness, showcasing their unique small-batch and craft hot sauces packed into a cute little wooden box. Part of the movement to explore artisanal everything, the people behind Fuego Box have been traveling the country for years to find the best, most interesting, and hottest sauces made by small producers without broad distribution. They're now turning that passion into opening LA's first shop dedicated exclusively to craft and small-batch hot sauces.

You're invited to the shop's grand opening, which is this Saturday from 11am until 4pm. Browse the shop, sample some hot sauce, and meet the owners and other hot sauce fanatics of Los Angeles. We're told there will be tacos, ready to be doused in some of the hottest, rarest, and tastiest hot sauces known to man. You can get more info at www.fuegobox.com or on their Twitter.

The store is located at 5445 West Pico Blvd, near the corner of Pico and Hauser, and there is plenty of free street parking in the area. Check out some exclusive photos of the exterior and interior of the shop...
