Pow! Wow! Long Beach 2017

Long Beach came to a close this past weekend adding another great year of gallery shows, lectures, schools for art and music, and of course new murals sprinkled throughout the city of Long Beach. Here are a few photos from the murals in progress from our senior photographer Erwin Recinos. If you are making plans to visit the murals, we advise you check out the new Pow! Wow!     APEXER, also known as Ricardo Richey, is a street artist who is from San Francisco, California.

    Dulk is an all-purpose artist from Valencia (Spain).

    The Draculas are a Southern California-based duo comprised of artists Gary Musgrave and Jeff McMillan. Check out a film below by Scott Nichols about the Draculas...

    Dave Van Patten is a Long Beach based artist focused on illustration, using paper cut outs, acrylic, and ink.

    Noelle Martinez is an Arizona native who now resides in Long Beach and is no stranger to the Pow Wow family.

    TRAV MSK is a graffiti and street-art artist from Visalia, California.

    Ryan Milner is a Long Beach artist who has worked with leading brands such as Billabong, Vans, and Quiksilver.
