8:31 PM PST on December 18, 2017

BECOME A CONTRIBUTOR:

Pitch us your story! We pay for great content from people who love Los Angeles. Just check out the LA TACO archives. We know the real L.A. pretty well ...  So were always looking for stuff to publish, including but not limited to: reviews of taco places, taco trucks, puestos, Mexican and Latin American restaurants, new bars, new music releases, new club nights, new community events and festivals.

We’re eager for profiles of interesting people, places, and things; personal history, photo essays, recipes, weird ideas, maps, hidden secrets, reports from underexposed parts of the city, crime blotters, news, politics ... basically anything that helps us contextualize and better understand and participate in this amazing city.

Email any news, food, or culture pitches to editor /at/ lataco.com. We pay rates similar to other web-only publications.

ARTISTS:

Let us know what youre up to ... send us your latest work, your show openings, directions to your most recent mural, whatever. info /at/ lataco.com

EVENTS:

Want to promote your event on LA TACO? First get a sense of the kind of events we normally promote by visiting our events section. The most important thing you can do to get your event on TACO is to have a really nicely designed flyer. Please make sure it is no larger than 150k or can easily be read at 600px width w/max 800px height. info /at/ lataco.com

PR PEOPLE:

Please DO NOT add us to your mailing list without asking first. Please only send us stuff that is related to Los Angeles.

SPONSORS:

We have events in need of sponsors, and are also working on special projects in need of collaborators. info /at/ lataco.com
