		<description>We have the the taco trucks here in the Seattle area, but we call them taco wagons. They&#039;re all over the eastern part of the state, because Mexicans have been coming here for many years to pick the crops. I like the tripe tacos. Yum.</description>

		<description>Way back when my long-lost, obviously insane French chick came to visit me here, I started paying more attention to food quality than I normally do, and one rule of thumb I came up with is that, at a cheapo Mexican place, if you see a lot of weird cow parts on the menu, it&#039;s often a sign that they&#039;ll use any old crap for meat. But presumably Bourdain knows what he&#039;s talking about.</description>
