LAPD: Suspect Shot Mom While Kids Watched
The suspect, who was riding in the vehicle with her, is Stephen Mark Picart, 33, of Los Angeles, a driver for the Big Blue Bus in Santa Monica. He turned himself in to police late yesterday.
