Your photos capture the Curley's gestalt perfectly. There is so much to love about the place, but the oil derrick in the parking lot puts it over the top.

They use real turkey (not the pressed crap) in their sandwiches; their onion rings are servicable and bountiful; and their powder room is tidy. What more could a girl ask? I love Curley's!

Love that your representing LBC and Curley's (my favorite local hole in the wall). What you did not mention is that Curley's has the absolute coldest beer in town. They use the blizzard system which keeps the taps between 28-30 degrees. It's amazing. There are a few other bars in town that have the same system, but none are quite as cold as Curley's. If you like this spot I would also highly recommend you check out “Joe Jost's”, “Thirsty Isle” or “The Prospector”. All great local dives with tons of character. Enjoy, but keep in mind that, sadly, our taco culture is kinda weak here.
