Must have been someone that has nothing better to do but complain.Don’t understand why the city allowed this when Deputy Isaac Zaldivar belonged and helped out in this city .It’s amazing how the city members did nothing to stop this.No one realizes that it could of been there child. What a sad and heartless city we live in.A memorial sign should be put up in memory of Deputy Zaldivar .
