The first time I paid extra to have one window in 3 days, it took two weeks to get my window. The second time, I was convinced it would take 7 days for several windows. Those 7 days from 8-20-2008 when I order the windows have now been extended to 09-05-2008. If I hd not paid you in full I would take my business elsewhere. Thank you. Two representatives came to our office over a month ago and we have not received a correct estimate with the correct number of glass doors. Also, the estimate we did receive was priced very high. I have made several phone calls and have not received anything. Please call and/or fax over a revised estimate at your earliest convenience. We are contemplating looking elsewhere. Thank you.
