Perry Farrell is on stage with gigantic blue dreads hanging down to his ass. I think the band was rehearsing Up The Beach. It was so loud and trippy, and Perry was occasionally wailing. I remember it being powerful and thinking they were weird as fuck.

I saw my first Jane’s show at The Palladium in Hollywood. The Pixies and Primus opened. I think Harry Perry was there, he was definitely at The Universal Amphitheater gigs a few years later.
