I had tacos de lengua at Huarache Azteca earlier this year and have wanted to recreate them now that a farmer gave us a beef tongue. Your recipe sounds good with the poblanos. We’ll see how ours come out.

I haven’t tried this recipe, but my wife and I have had success with lengua tacos at home. The tongue itself is a little daunting at first, but it pretty much just becomes tender beef after a while.
