		<description>This is sad. I dont live near LA or even USA but this the commont thing to do. Developers always get rid of the original structures when buying old places with inmense history. I think they should at least keep the original structure and fix it give it some color and then do whatever you want around it. This place might have [I dont doubt it] sentimental value on the people around the neighborhood and that cant be turn down even if the building isnt there anymore people will always use it as a reference and maybe the new name wont even be remembered.</description>
