  1. Awesome Huerta! I am checking into TACO from Jaipur India where I am on business, this made me smile! Be back in a few weeks after hitting Mumbai and Delhi and many spots in between…can’t wait to keep checking the site and hopefully I’ll have some dope shots of India to put up on the site. Once I get those long-waiting Medellin shots up first! PEACE

  2. That’s a terrific find!

  3. It really is disgusting, I am talking about the morons who accepted and paid for this covers. Any other “civilized country” would reject this kind of garbage.

  4. Can’t wait to see those pics Hadley.
I did some research and got a hold of the sanitation department. Turns out that the city just puts out bids and whatever company can do for the cheapest price will get the bid. Thus far the city has been using the same two companies for the last 20 years. Long Beach Iron works and the Alhambra Foundry. According to sanitation, as long as the covers can take a beating from cars driving over them, they don’t care what they say.
