This reminds me how like...waaaaaaaaaaaaaay back in the day..in '06, '07, those shits...how many people, on discussing tacos and the state of tacohood in soCal actually stated their preference for burritos. This I understood. I love burritos, especially chile relleno and birria burritos. I associate them more personally with a beachy side of Cali, eating them after being in the water and in the sun all day or on the road. Ay indeed, as for Southern California culture and south western culture, it is an entirely different and possibly equally fascinating parable for who we are, especially with food being culture..oh, and the media being the message! Really doe, having opened up to the burrito experience and using the burrito as our torchlight through the annals of L.A. and our beloved southwest California would have been a different and potentially powerful direction. I want a burrito now. with shrimp.
