My Favorite Taco ~ REVOK
There is hardly a more respected name in the world of paint then REVOK, whose explosive use of color, insanely varied range of styles, intricate writing, and amazing ubiquity is experienced in bright, complicated burners all over Los Angeles and many more of the Earth’s cities. REVOK’s decade-plus of hard work has won universal admiration from the streets and the mainstream. We spent a few minutes finding out where this king of the city likes to eat su comida.
Hey REVOK, what’s your favorite taco?
“I am not really a big taco eater…I am more of a burrito or fajita type of guy…so when it comes to Mexican food, my absolutely favorite spot is El Compadre on Sunset! The food is cool, but kicking it there with friends and drinking margaritas, while the mariachis play, is a favorite pasttime of mine.
On late nights after painting, I either go to Cactus on Vine, just south of Santa Monica, or Tacos Mexico on Temple and Virgil. My absolute favorite burrito in L.A. is Senor Fish downtown.”
