Pink Taco Stadium Nixed
Wrong city. Las Vegas might have been happy to let their team play in “Pink Taco Stadium”, but the Arizona Cardinals and the city of Scottsdale have put the kibosh on a proposal by the Hard Rock Cafe spinoff Pink Taco to sponsor the Cards’ new stadium. Let’s all make sure to remember that this is not a reflection on tacos or the taco lifestyle, but rather a team balking at a showily ‘racy’ restaurant chain with aspirations of suburban domination. In any case, if Pink Taco really needs new media outlets, this publication would be happy to take their money. They can even get naming rights for our forthcoming LAXpress competitor…
