Got two in a row recently. I went to pay in person as I wanted a clear answer as to why this happened when turning right on a red is legal and there where absolutely no cars coming to my left. The lovely lady behind the desk was sympathetic but said it’s about coming to a full and complete stop before proceeding, as opposed to the rolling stop that, really, we all do. So how long is the full and complete stop supposed to last? Count of 10? She didn’t know. Absurd!!

I got a $466 ticket for making a legal right turn onto Airport just last week. I’m here now taking pictures of the intersection. There is no sign that says no right turn on red. Clearly there’s something wrong with the camera. They’re running a racket and I plan to fight it.

i just got a $435 ticket in the mail for turning right on red from manchester westbound to airport northbound. i do this everyday on the way to work. ironically, i got the ticket a week ago but noticed it flash yesterday too. i wonder how many tickets i will get in the mail for this light camera. are they allowed to give us a ticket for turning right on red with there isn’t a sign saying otherwise? Can this ticket be fought?

Today I did exactly what CJ Says above. I made a right hand turn on a red onto Manchester from Airport Blvd. As I did I saw a camera flash. I started question myself if there as a sign that said no turn on red, I went back and there wasn’t. I then started thinking if I rolled it but I know I didn’t. Also there was no traffic driving east bound on the Manchester. Should I expect a ticket because I saw the flash? If so why would I get a ticket when it is legal to turn right on a red if you come to a complete stop? How much are the tickets.

I just got a $159. ticket for making a right turn on red from Manchester eastbound to Airport southbound, caught by that new camera one morning on my way to work. The morning it first “flashed” me, I’m like…why did it flash me? So the next morning I looked for a “no turn on red” sign and there is no sign that I can see anywhere that says we can’t turn on red. So I’ve been turning on red there every morning (it’s always red when I get to it) and getting flashed every day. In the picture they sent me, there’s another car driving northbound on Airport making a left turn on Manchester westbound, so there was obviously no car coming down Airport. What gives…I can’t figure out what the infraction is.
