13-year olds have AKS, the school system has collapsed, there is no health care system for all, and homeless citizens are (barely) living unsafely all over the country, fortunately, now that that lil' menace Paris Hilton has been taken off our streets, the state can focus on other threats like affordable food that benefits those living on next to nothing and the people cooking it. This is just political, a way to keep certain city streets free of minorities and low-income people, much in the same way parking at the 3rd street promenade costs so much, yet it is free to park near the Slauson Swap Meet.
