Tommy Lasorda in the Smithsonian ~ Dodgers
Tommy Lasorda’s portrait is to be hung in the National Portrait Gallery. From the LATimes:
George Washington, Abraham Lincoln and Tommy Lasorda under the same roof?
It happened today as a portrait of the Dodger legend — naturally with lots of Dodger blue — was unveiled at the National Portrait Gallery on Lasorda’s 82nd birthday.
“I just can’t believe something like this is happening to me,” Lasorda said.
