I have had several encounters with Carlos and Nellie regarding the time frame of my special order windows. The first time I paid extra to have one window in 3 days, it took two weeks to get my window. The second time, I was convinced it would take 7 days for several windows. Those 7 days from 8-20-2008 when I order the windows have now been extended to 09-05-2008. If I hd not paid you in full I would take my business elsewhere. Thank you.

We will NEVER use this guy again. I wish I had read these reviews before deciding to come here. Took way too long to get the first order of windows, yes the first order, only to find out they were wrong. Then took countless calls and messages to get a hold of the Ruben, the owner. Only for him to come out and tell us that there’s nothing he can do other than to replace them, but we’ll have to pay an extra $600, because these new windows were “better windows”. Why didn’t he just quote these to me in the first place. We’re still waiting for the second order. UGH I could go on and on about this place.

The more I learn about this place the further I want to stay away. How funny that ALL the awesome good reviews posted are within minutes of each other & all the same date.. seems every bad review someone logs in to provide excellent reviews on shower doors and the same mispellings, odd? wondering why he wont place his Board license number on his card like any other contractor? Too many questions so we WALK AWAY!
