242PC- Battery occurred at 0700 hours in the 700 block of Yucca
Street. A female adult sprayed a male adult with a water hose. (06-4355)

In other news, a vagabond has held up the prosecution of two men accused of shooting people at random on the Pomona Freeway. According to the cops and the AP: A Blythe resident told investigators that Rodriguez and Hernandez boasted of the shootings during a party but authorities have been able to contact him since. The man had several mailing addresses, Asst. DA Ross Alari said.

"I don't think he's hiding. I think he's probably more of a vagabond," Alari said.
