A founding member of Los Four, Romero has defined Chicano art while himself refusing to be defined by labels or limits. For our younger readers, this is a chance to go see an important artist whose voice is still vibrant and whose work still resonates with anyone who loves the city of Los Angeles and its distinct culture.
